Ingredients
1 cup water
2 tsp gelatin
Directions
Boil water and mix in gelatin. 3 1/2 Tbsp of THAT mixture equals one egg.
Notes
This recipe will make more than “one egg”, so feel free to halve water/gelatin amounts.
Substitutions
This can be made with regular animal based gelatin or with Kosher gelatin.
