4 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk or dairy-free milk alternative
1/2 cup margarine
Combine sugar and cocoa in microwave safe bowl. Add milk and margarine. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir and pour into greased pan or mold. Refrigerate until firm.
You can substitute lard (pork) or butter (milk) for the margarine if those ingredients are safe for you.
Butter and Margarine: Butter is a dairy product made from cow’s milk. Margarine typically contains milk or soy, but there are milk-free and soy-free versions available.
