Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 Tbsp vinegar, white or apple cider
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp honey
Directions
Combine ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

This can be used in Vietnamese Inspired Rice Noodle Salad [1] entered in KFA Iron Chef Battle Brunch.
