Place cooled rice in blender. Add 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Slowly add remaining water while continuing to blend. Add salt and flavoring.

Substitutions
If avoiding dairy, verify that the "non-dairy" coffee creamer is really dairy free as many have hidden casein. Most non-dairy creamers are based on soy and corn sweeteners. Verify that it does not contain gluten if needed.
