Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1/4 cup dehydrated carrots and red peppers
Directions
In a large saucepan, mix uncooked rice with water, chicken broth, and dehydrated vegetables. Bring to boil, and then reduce heat and cover. Steam for about 20 minutes.
Notes
I prefer a wild and white rice blend in this.
You can add cooked meats to this.
