Ingredients

9 oz water
2 Tbsp margarine, softened
1 Tbsp Ener-G Egg ® Replacer
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast

Directions

Use dough cycle on bread machine.

Remove dough from pan using lightly floured hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on lightly floured surface.

Divide into 16 pieces for dinner rolls, 8 for hamburger or hotdog buns. Shape as desired.

Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 - 40 minutes or until double.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 °F.
