Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
3-4 lb pot roast
3 potatoes, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
Directions
Put vegetables in bottom of slow cooker. Stir in salt and pepper. Add roast. Pour in water. Cover. Cook on Low 10-12 hours.
