1 cup gluten-free flour mix
1 1/2 cups Farm Rich Non-Dairy Creamer
1 Ener-G Egg Replacer, prepared
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients with mixer. Heat pan and add safe oil or margarine (to make it not stick), pour about 2 Tbsp of batter in pan and spread around. Brown on one side, flip and brown the other stack on plate. Repeat until batter is gone.
Works well with Bob's Red Mill GF Flour Mix. Works with EngerG Egg Replacer.
Read the ingredients on non-dairy creamers and use one that is safe for your needs.
