Ingredients
3 Tbsp xanthan gum
2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups white rice flour
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp potato starch
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp tapioca starch
1/2 cup corn starch
Directions
Mix together, then store in an airtight container.
