3 cups milk substitute
Directions
Simmer the milk in a pan until it reduced by 60%. Be sure to start out with a large enough amount in the pot so you have at least 1 cup of evaporated milk left at the end.
Notes
This recipe can be scaled up to make any quantity needed.
This process is different from simply mixing a stronger concentration of a powdered milk substitute as the heat changes the milk.
