2 pkgs instant pudding mix (4 serving size)

3 cups coconut milk

This will work with 2 cups lowfat and 1 cup regular if desired.

Be sure to use a brand and flavor of instant pudding mix that is safe for your allergens.

Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.
