1 cup quick cooking oats
3 Tbsp oil
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 Tbsp sugar


Preheat non-stick griddle.

Mix ingredients together, stir until well blended.

Let rest 3-5 minutes. Drop mixture onto hot griddle and cook over medium heat.

Flip pancakes when edges turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes. Serve with applesauce or syrup.
