Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup soy or rice milk
3 Tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot
1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is thickened. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour.
