Ingredients
chocolate blocks
1-3 drops mint extract
crushed candy canes
Directions
Crush candy canes. Add mint extract to melted chocolate and pour over crushed candy canes. Spread all out on waxes paper. Freeze for ten minutes.
Notes
You can temper the chocolate when you melt it if you aren’t going to be eating this right away or don’t care what it looks like. It will taste good either way.
Verify that chocolate and candy canes do not have peanut or nut issues if needed.
