1 1/2 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
1-2 Tbsp rice milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp soy-free shortening
3-5 drops red food coloring (or other color)
Put all ingredients except rice milk in bowl. Beat together. Beat in rice milk, a bit at a time, until you reach correct consistency.
