1 16 oz pkg shredded broccoli slaw
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chili garlic paste
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)


Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over slaw.

Refrigerate several hours before serving. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.

Substitute wheat-free tamari for soy sauce if wheat/gluten free. Verify soy sauce is corn free if needed.

Chili garlic paste is a condiment found in the Asian section of the grocery store. Use a brand safe for your needs. You can substitute ground red pepper or liquid hot sauce.
