Ingredients
2-4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
kosher salt
pepper
Directions
Place chicken breasts in pyrex pan (or other non reactive pan.
Mix remaining ingredients well over low heat until the sugar has been absorbed. Pour sauce over chicken and marinate for an hour or overnight. If you’re in a rush, you could pop it in the oven after 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes or until done.
