Ingredients
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 lb cottage cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb cheddar cheese or other yellow cheese, shredded
1 lb spinach, cooked, chopped, drained
Parmesan cheese
1-2 eggs
1 pkg large pasta shells, cooked and drained
red sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Stuff in cooked/drained shells. Cover with sauce – cook at 350-400 until hot in center.

Substitutions
You can make meat ones too by halving the cheese and spinch filling and adding 1 pound cooked meat of your choice.
