Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
6 oz plain coconut milk yogurt
1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2-1 cup hemp milk, plain, unsweetened
1/8-1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)
dark agave, to taste (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender except agave until smooth. Stop the blender, taste, and add agave if needed.
Notes
I use homemade cranberry sauce in this.
Substitutions
Adjust the yogurt and milk alternative to suit your needs.
Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy [1], consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.
