1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
sprinkle guar gum
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp applesauce
1 cup prune juice
Mix all ingredients well. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Flip when top appears dry. The honey makes them a little sticky when flipping.
