Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup apricot preserves
2 Tbsp golden balsamic vinegar
chicken thighs, skinned
Directions
Stir together basting sauce ingredients. Broil chicken skinned chicken thighs, basting them with sauce.
Notes
We like this served cold as leftovers.
Substitutions
You can interchange the vinegar and preserves to suit your tastes and contents of your pantry.
