half banana
3 slices nectarine
2 tsp water
4-5 ice cubes
1 Tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate (or less)
Use a blender or chopper capable of chopping ice. Mix and chop until thick. You may need more or less ice or water.
This makes a great treat for a hot day.
You can substitute different fruits.
