Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup rice flour
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vinegar
6 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
3/4 cup applesauce
3/4 cups bean flour
Directions
Mix and bake at 350 °F in 8″ square greased pan for about 40 minutes or until done.
Notes
It has a very heavy consistency.
Substitutions
