Apple and Nanners Breakfast

Ingredients

3/4 Tbsp oats
1/3 cup water
1 small apple
1/2 small banana, mashed
1/2 Tbsp chopped golden raisins (optional)
1 or 2 small prunes if not using raisins

Directions

Put the oats, water, apple, and banana in a small pan and stir to mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Puree in a blender or food processor.

Add the raisins or prunes, then set aside to cool and allowing the raisins or prunes to plump!

Enjoy. Store by putting into ice cube trays till frozen and transfer to a freezer safe container.

Will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks in the freezer but only 24 hours in the refrigerator.
