Recipe Created By: Annika Hugon
Ingredients
2/3 cup (150 g) Kineret® whipped topping
2 Tbsp chocolate DariFree™ powder
5 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate milk powder
to taste chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Beat Kineret® (sweetened whipping cream) in bowl.
Add chocolate Dari-Free powder, and dairy-free chocolate milk powder. Stir.
Heat in microwave 20 seconds. Drain any excess liquid. Beat until solid and smooth. This will look and taste like pudding. Add chocolate chips if desired. I don’t like very many.
You can eat this now, like pudding, or freeze it to eat later. It will taste like Jello Pudding Pops.
Notes
Kosher for Passover Kineret® Whipped Topping is a dairy and soy free dessert topping. You will find it in the frozen Kosher section in small paper containers. Thaw before using and shake well. Other brands, such as Rich® and Gefen, also produce a Kosher for Passover Whipped Topping. To avoid dairy and soy, be sure to use the Passover version. The year round version is dairy free, but contains soy.
I imagine you could sub sweetened cow whipping cream for the Kineret, but am not real motivated to try here.
I also imagine you could sub other chocolate *milk* powders, but again am not motivated to try here.
