Ingredients

2 lb ground turkey
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
3 Tbsp salsa
3 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Egg Replacer powder
3 slices gluten-free bread
1 tsp salt
to taste pepper

Directions

Toast gluten-free bread; run through food processor.

Mix crumbs with remaining ingredients. Fill 8 mini loaf pans (like a muffin tin pan with mini loaves).

Bake at 350 °F for 45-50 minutes or until done.
