Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz salsa
16 oz peach jam
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp whole mustard seed
Directions
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Put chicken breasts in 9×12″ casserole dish, and pour marinade over. Marinate several hours, scooping marinade over chicken several times.
Bake at 375 °F for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
Very good on rice or pasta.
