Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz salsa
16 oz peach jam
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp whole mustard seed
Directions
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Put chicken breasts in 9x12" casserole dish, and pour marinade over. Marinate several hours, scooping marinade over chicken several times.
Bake at 375 °F for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
Very good on rice or pasta.
